Lets Take A Look At The Liquidation Process
Liquidation processes is a money-raising option are looked into by companies when they feel that there is a need to get rid of their debt without filing for bankruptcy. Under the liquidation process, companies usually sell off their tangible assets and use the money from the sale to pay off their creditors. With economies collapsing in most parts of the world, there are quite a few companies who are opting for such liquidation processes. When a company goes for liquidation of its assets, it does not mean that the company has shut down its business permanently. It only means that the firm would not be operating for some temporary period.

The liquidation process can be of three types and the first type is “members voluntary liquidation.” Under this kind of liquidation, the shareholders and other stakeholders of the company agree to the liquidation of the firm. The money raised through members voluntary liquidation usually exceeds the amount needed for paying off the company’s debts. Second type of liquidation is “creditors voluntary liquidation” and even in this process, shareholders and business partners are in agreement with the liquidation. The third type of liquidation is “compulsory liquidation” wherein the court of law orders the liquidation.

During the liquidation process, all business transactions are brought to a halt and all parties including shareholders, vendors and partners are notified of the liquidation. Only after the notification is done, the process of liquidation takes place. There may be many reasons why companies opt for liquidation. However, not all companies get bogged down after liquidation. There are many companies that emerge out

Generally, people have the knack of being problem solvers. Whenever a problem is realized, there is always someone out there working on a solution. Here are a few solutions you might not have known of.

If, as a male, you have started to see some male-pattern hair loss, it is best if you learn to feel comfortable about it. As long as you’re comfortable and confident about yourself, dealing with hair loss is a lot easier. If you’re worried about people noticing, you will quickly realize that people only notice your swagger if that’s what you’re putting forth.

If thinning hair is beginning to worry you, you may want to revitalize hair growth by stimulating the scalp. You can do this by brushing dry hair and your scalp with a hard bristle brush.

A great way to help stop hair loss is to massage your scalp. Scalp massaging increases the circulation to your scalp by heating the skin and stimulating blood vessels. Rub in circular motions all over your scalp for at least 5 or 10 minutes every day. Stress can lead to hair loss, and massaging your scalp can help alleviate stress.

To take care of your hair and help it grow more, use a rinse of rosemary and potatoes that have been boiled in water. Boil them together, allow to cool, and use as a daily hair rinse.

Give your hair and scalp an emu oil treatment. All you need to do is massage the oil into your scalp each night before bed.

Most people start losing their hair sometimes in their twenties. Try to gracefully accept the fact that you are losing your hair. It can often look more mature and present a wiser look that many people find attractive and respect.

Picnic Five Star

Picnic & Summon Your Inner Self…
Picnic & Dining on Salad Olivier at the Russian Tea Room, a Waldorf Salad at the Waldorf Astoria, or a Delmonico Steak at Delmonico’s, is beyond compare. These dining experiences may be only a dream for those with five-star tastes on a three-star budget, but you can create your own five-star dining with a little help for a five star picnic.
Taking a cue from these restaurants can give you an advantage when planning a special picnic this summer.  A five-star restaurant inspired picnic will certainly please and impress your guests.  Using fresh ideas and gourmet foods will make your picnic memorable and a culinary delight.  Turning ordinary foods into grand presentations is the five-star restaurant’s secret.  And, now it can be yours.  Here are a few simple twists to get you thinking like a prize winning chef:

Imagine a New Main Dish At The Picnic
Picture yourself in an idyllic setting, among rolling hills with a beautiful view.  Now, add some simple yet elegant picnic necessities laid out on an inviting blanket.  You have the start of a five-star restaurant style picnic.  With the right setting and accessories, you are all set.  But, what about the food?
You could serve a few hastily prepared picnic staples, like tuna sandwiches or fried chicken.  Or, you could present an impressive chicken liver patè served on crostini.  Even a classic chicken salad can be made gourmet when you add curry, grapes, raisins, and toasted almonds.  Your main dish can start out traditional and turn into five-star worthy with just a few creative twists.
For instance, instead of the usual burgers or steaks as a main course, consider a honey baked ham with a sweet glaze of pineapple and brown sugar.  Or serve it with a honey and raisin sauce.  You may want to consider grilling salmon.  Served hot or cold, salmon is the perfect upscale food at any picnic.
Another fun main dish that can go from ordinary to five-star with just a few tweaks is home-made pizza on the grill.  Cut pizza dough into individual pizza size, six to eight inches each.  Then top with anything BUT the ordinary toppings.  Instead of mozzarella, choose gorgonzola or fontina cheese.  Use sun-dried tomatoes, arugula, watercress, baby-bella mushrooms, and a variety of sprouts. Caramelized onions dress up your pizza much better than raw onions.  For meat, choose panchetta, or other favorites that you normally don’t see at the pizza franchises.

The Picnic – Salads and Sides Move Uptown
But, don’t stop there.  You’ve got salads and sides to consider to spark interest and conversation at your five-star picnic event.  Salads are actually a great place to add a gourmet twist because there are so many ingredients to choose from and variations to try.  You could make marinated chickpea salad, with garlic, Greek olives, feta cheese, and olive oil, rather than the typical three bean salad.  How about a roasted new red potato salad with a tangy vinaigrette dressing and lots of herbs instead of the typical potato salad with mayonnaise dressing?
Other gourmet-style sides and salads might incorporate seasonal favorites like asparagus, kale, snow peas, and radishes.  Asparagus, for example, can be roasted in olive oil, pine nuts, lemon, and parsley, then served warm or cold.  Create a Parmesan cheese sauce to pour over your vegetables to add a gourmet flair just like the five-star restaurant recipes. Other ‘gourmet’ ingredients for your picnic might include fennel, baked orzo, or couscous in your salad or side dish creations.  Cooking like the five-star restaurants just means being creative and trying new foods in new ways.
Or, substitute the salad entirely with a creamy dip surrounded by
